1. Who we are

Blue Feather Performance Consulting ("Blue Feather", "we", "us") is operated by Vaibhav Jayaswal, Mysore, India. Contact: vj@bfpc.in.

2. What we collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect: name, email, phone, organization, role, city/country, interest area, and message. We also collect standard analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (anonymous, aggregated).

3. How we use it

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, to send you information about Blue Feather programs or services you've expressed interest in. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Email communications

Transactional emails (inquiry confirmations, follow-ups) are sent via Resend. You can unsubscribe from any non-transactional communications at any time by emailing vj@bfpc.in.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or a cookie opt-out extension.

6. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 2 years for follow-up purposes, then deleted unless you have entered an active engagement.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email vj@bfpc.in to make a request.
